8.1 How to set default values in your Network
Defining multiple default values within phpIP, click on the CIDR block you wish to view, then click on the prefix list from the tree to display the range. phpIP will then display the host list starting at lowest IP to the highest. Click on [SET DEFAULT] to define values to all the registered IP's within this prefix block.

8.2 How to edit your Host (IP Address) information
When editing Host (IP Address) values within phpIP, click on the CIDR block you wish to view, then click on the prefix list from the tree to display the range. PhpIP will then display the host list starting at the lowest IP to the highest. Click on [EDIT] to define values to the host. The client field is required.

8.3 How to reset your Host (IP address) information
How to reset to default values for the given Host (IP Address) within phpIP, click on the CIDR block you wish to view, then click on the prefix list from the tree to display the range. PhpIP will then display the host list starting at the lowest IP to the highest. Click on [EDIT], then click on [RESET ENTRY] this will update the database and redirect back to the host list.
8.4 Showing Unallocated IP space
How to show unallocated IP space within phpIP, click on the CIDR block you wish to view, then click on the prefix list from the tree to display the range. PhpIP will then display the host list starting at the lowest IP to the highest. Click on [SHOW UNALLOCATED], the display will show all host listing for the given prefix. (Not Default View)

8.5 Showing Allocated IP space
This is the default list view within phpIP, when displaying the host list for the given prefix. When the [SHOW UNALLOCATED] option is enable click on [HIDE UNALLOCATED] to display in use host listing.

8.6 Printing IP Report
To print the prefix report, click on [PRINT REPORT], this will open a new browser window displaying the unallocated addresses. This will also launch the local default printer for printing.
8.7 Showing Prefix Subnet Summary
To display the subnet summary, click on the Admin Console menu item. Clicking Subnet Summary will display prefixes base on the amount of used IP's over the total number of IP's within the prefix.
